Must be applied to the outside layer of glass (first exterior surface). If not applied to the correct surface, your glass markers will not be as effective.

Each order(not individual roll) comes complete with the following:

Roll(s) of Feather Friendly® Small-scale DIY markers.
Paper measuring tapes (2) to be used as  guides during installation.
Squeegee (1) for pressing markers to glass during installation.
Installation instruction sheet.

Shipping Options

For orders of 6 rolls or less, you may select to ship via Canada Post surface mailer envelope. This shipping option does not provide tracking information. Delivery time estimates for this option are 5-10 business days within Canada, 10-20 business days to the US.

For orders outside the US and Canada:International orders will default to FedEx International Economy if ordered from this website. If you wish to obtain a quote for additional international shipping options, please complete and submit this form.

Details

Marker deterrent coverage:

Each 100 ft. roll is enough material to treat 16 square feet (approx. 1.5 square meters) of glass, or equivalent to a 4' x 4' window. For treating areas  of glass 150 square feet or more, we recommend Feather Friendly Large-scale Pro.

Application Temperature:

Bird collision deterrent markers must be applied  at a MINIMUM TEMPERATURE of 10°C or 50°F. Store at room temperature.

Storage and Handling:

Avoid having rolls in direct sunlight, humidity and extreme cold. Work on one(1) roll at a time a time and if applicable, leave the remaining roll(s) inside a cool, temperature-controlled environment out of direct sunlight during the installation. Most effective adhesion if applied within 2 months of purchase.

At Feather Friendly®, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your Feather Friendly® Small-Scale DIY, Bird Divert™ UV Residential, or ABC BirdTape product, you may return it under the following conditions:

Conditions for Return of Product

The Feather Friendly® Small-Scale DIY, Bird Divert™ UV Residential, or ABC BirdTape roll(s) must be unused, intact, and in their original packaging.
Returns must be made within 30 days of the order fulfillment date.
Proof of purchase or order number is required for all returns.

Shipping the Returned Product

Please note that we do not refund shipping charges. You are responsible for both the original and return shipping costs.
We are not responsible for roll(s) damaged or lost in the return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service.

Reimbursement for the Returned Product

Please note that we will reimburse you within 14 days of the date on which we receive the returned product, provided that the product is deemed to be in its original condition and fit for resale after inspection.
We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

If you purchased your DIY product at a retail outlet, please get in touch directly with them to initiate a return.

White Markers for Reflective Glass

Reflective glass creates the illusion of additional habitat a bird thinks it can reach. It must be treated with a high-contrast hue, like our white markers on the first surface side (exterior surface), which stand out against the green and brown shades of the habitat.

Have both glass issues? (Combination Glass)

If you have both fly-through and reflective glass issues, we recommend treating it as you would reflective glass with white markers on the first surface side (exterior surface) or, whichever side you are seeing the most strikes happen on.
