Return Policy for Feather Friendly® Small-Scale DIY/Bird Divert™ UV Residential /ABC BirdTape

At Feather Friendly®, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your Feather Friendly® Small-Scale DIY, Bird Divert™ UV Residential, or ABC BirdTape product, you may return it under the following conditions:

Conditions for Return of Product

  • The Feather Friendly® Small-Scale DIY, Bird Divert™ UV Residential, or ABC BirdTape roll(s) must be unused, intact, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the order fulfillment date.
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required for all returns.

Shipping the Returned Product

  • Please note that we do not refund shipping charges. You are responsible for both the original and return shipping costs. 
  • We are not responsible for roll(s) damaged or lost in the return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service.  

Reimbursement for the Returned Product

  • Please note that we will reimburse you within 14 days of the date on which we receive the returned product, provided that the product is deemed to be in its original condition and fit for resale after inspection. 
  • We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

If you purchased your DIY product at a retail outlet, please get in touch directly with them to initiate a return.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@featherfriendly.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. To facilitate this process, please:

At Feather Friendly®, we are committed to providing you with top-quality bird-glass collision solutions. Since our Medium-Scale Pro DIY products are manufactured to order and designed to be installed within two months of purchase, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns on this product.
